The company «Uralсem» LLC has the ability to cast: cast iron, manganese, heat-resistant, wear-resistant and other grades of steel. The company started the production of welded chains for the cement industry and, first in the Russian market, mastered the production of cast chains using LGM (LOST FOAM) technology. Over more than a 25-year history of working in the market, the range of products produced is more than 1700 items and is constantly expanding. Armor lining and chains of its own design are protected by Patents. The production enterprise is located on two sites with a total area of 64,000 m2. The production complex includes a model area, a charge preparation area, a foundry, a thermal area, a mechanical processing area, a spectral analysis laboratory, and auxiliary areas and premises. The equipment of the production sites provides a full cycle of casting production with a productivity of 3,500 tons/year. The dimensions of the castings produced are up to 2000 mm and weigh up to 800 kg. The history of the contract portfolio is based on working with more than 200 customers. The main consumers of the Company’s products are cement manufacturers, mining companies. The plant produces solid cast chains with oval, toroidal and round links with a D-shaped section of different sizes and materials, their fastening parts, heat-resistant and wear-resistant castings such as threshold plates of furnaces, armor lining plates for mills, shoes and threshold strips, sectors of slot, grates for clinker coolers, lining plates, hammers and other special-purpose castings.
