Delsot CJSC is a manufacturer of tubular electric heaters (TEN) and electrothermal equipment, founded in October 1991. The enterprise is one of the largest manufacturers of electric heating equipment in Russia and neighboring countries.The most advanced technologies are used in the production. The high quality of heating elements TEN is due to the use of world-famous Swedish equipment Kanthal. Accurate and fast cutting of sheet steel is carried out on the Korean laser cutting complex НКS. Painting of parts by powder spraying in chambers of the American company Nordson allows to achieve a coating of products resistant to corrosion. Also in the production cycle are used various foreign-made molds and a large fleet of domestic equipment for processing plastic and metal parts: injection molding machines, semi-automatic machines, welding equipment, lathes and milling machines. An additional component of the success of DELSOT products is the use of materials and components from leading foreign and Russian manufacturers.
The product range of the plant DELSOT CJSC is more than 65,000 types of tubular electric heaters TEN: general industrial, finned, cartridge, water blocks, including the most complex configurations of electric heaters according to sketches and drawings of customers. Based on heating elements, more than 80 electric heating devices for household and industrial purposes from 0.5 to 250 kW are produced, including control systems. These are electric heaters, fan heaters, heat guns and curtains. DELSOT manufactures the widest range of electric heaters. These include wall and floor electric convectors, oil radiators, infrared heaters, electric heaters for saunas and baths, explosion-proof heaters, industrial electric furnaces, as well as electric transport heaters.
