The company's main activity is the development and production of furniture fittings (handles, hooks, supports, shelf holders).
Valmax LLC has a full production cycle of metal and plastic fitting. We start with design and model creation and finish with the final product released into mass production.
The company began its history in 1999, which means 25 years of successful experience in the production of furniture fittings according to European quality standards.
During this time, the company has been repeatedly noted and awarded at specialized exhibitions of the Grand Prix of the Industry Artistic and Technical Council, medals and diplomas of international exhibitions in Russia. Recognized by the national award in the field of industrial furniture design Russian Cabriole. The company's products have been used by almost all large Russian furniture factories for many years.
The enterprise is located in the city of Miass, Chelyabinsk region, on its own production site, the area of the enterprise is more than 15,000 sq.m., where the workshops are located:
• Tool shop (own production of molds and technological equipment required in production, which allows for the short-term release of new product items and, if necessary, the performance of preventive maintenance);
• Casting and extrusion of plastic shop;
• Plastic casting and extrusion shop;
• Metal casting and processing shop;
• Decorative coating shop: 4 galvanic lines and metal and plastic painting lines;
• Product assembly and packaging shop;
• Raw material and component warehouses, finished product warehouse.

The company is constantly modernizing, introducing new technologies, new equipment, various new decorative finishes of products, which allows the products of Valmax LLC to be on par with the latest fashion trends. Our products are used by designers when developing projects in different styles: Modern, Classic, Loft, Provence, Neoclassicism, Art Deco, Minimalism, Industrial style.
In recent years, the company has introduced extrusion lines, a new decorative film application line, and robotics into production. Two robotic lines: a painting line and a grinding line. This allowed not only to speed up the manufacturing process, to improve its quality as well. The robot's flexible joints can give metal a high-gloss finish that is impossible to achieve with manual machining.
We manufacture products from zinc, aluminum, copper alloys, pure aluminum and plastic, fashionable and trendy wood grain coating.
