«Ural Plant of Polymer Technologies «Mayak» CJSC («UPPT «Mayak» CJSC) is a multi-profile enterprise engaged in the development, production and supply of standard products from composites based on polyolefins of its own production, as well as research in the field of radiation modification of polyolefins and the application of new developments in the field of protection of foundations and pipelines from the negative impact of soil conditions on the construction and operation of oil and gas production and processing facilities. The company owns more than thirty patents for inventions and utility models. Polymer products are produced on 12 extrusion lines. A high level of automation allows to produce up to 4500 kg of products per hour.
«UPPT «Mayak» CJSC produces the following types of products:
- anti-buckling heat-shrinkable shell OSPR «Reline» for metal piles;
- coating for reinforced concrete piles PSPR Reline;
- metal piles of the SMOT series;
- intelligent sleeve (IS) for the restoration of pipeline systems;
- heat-shrinkable tubes TUT of various diameters;
- signal recognition posts;
- indicators of cable and gas routes;
- spiral mounting tape.
All products are certified, manufactured taking into account environmental standards. Our products are used in the oil and gas, defense, shipbuilding, aerospace, mechanical engineering, energy industries, in the work of transport, telecommunications companies, scientific and medical organizations, communication units.
