The Chelyabinsk Plant of Polymer Sand Products, CHZPP (UralStroy Plus LLC), has been manufacturing and selling polymer-sand products for more than 7 years!Over the years of its existence in the construction materials market, the Chelyabinsk Plant has made a huge contribution to the development of the polymer composite industry in Russia. Customers began to pay more attention and prefer materials made by recycling primary waste. The CHZPP plant supports the worldwide movement to reduce the consumption of single-use plastics!
The production is equipped with modern lines for the processing of secondary polymers and the production from polymer-sand composites. All products are certified and manufactured in accordance with the developed specifications. Our equipment base is constantly expanding and being updated in accordance with modern market needs! Thus, in recent years, production lines for manholes and paving slabs have been opened.
The production is located in Chelyabinsk, Ufa, Novosibirsk, Barnaul and Ufa have pick-up warehouses with a full range available.
The CHZPP plant produces hoods and parapets to protect fences made of brick or block, paving slabs, and manholes made of polymer composite.
WHAT IS A POLYMER COMPOSITE?
It is a simple, environmentally friendly material, which includes dry sand, polymers, coloring pigments and technological additives. Thanks to modern technologies of mixing, extrusion and high-pressure molding, we obtain products that are many times superior in their properties to traditional building materials!
ADVANTAGES OF POLYMER SAND PRODUCTS:
- Service life of 50 years;
- High strength. Compared to cement-sand products, they do not break during transportation, installation, or impact loads;
- Wear resistance. The abrasion resistance is 10 times lower than all the main analogues;
- Resistance to aggressive environment – acids, petroleum products;
- High moisture resistance. Allows products to be immune to sudden changes in ambient temperatures from positive to negative;
- Resistance to corrosion, fungi and mold;
- Resistant to UV rays and atmospheric conditions (retains color) - has a homogeneous color throughout the entire structure of the product, thanks to the addition of a light stabilizer;
- The material is 100% recyclable;
- Rain and hail do not cause a strong and unpleasant sound
