For 20 years Zavod parovykh ustanovok Unistim Unistim has been developing, producing and selling special equipment for the oil and gas industry. 40% of all polyurethane foams in Russia are manufactured by Unistim!
The plant has its own engineering service, a full-cycle production base and a certified service center, also accredited to provide services to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

The Unistim plant is an official partner of Automobilniy Zavod Ural JSC and KAMAZ PJSC in the category of Special Equipment Manufacturer, as well as a corporate partner of Minskiy Automobilniy Zavod OJSC.

The plant's quality management system (QMS) is certified according to GOST R ISO 9001-2015 (ISO 9001:2015).
Since 2024, the company has implemented the 5S system - a system for organizing and rationalizing the workplace (workspace), one of the tools of lean manufacturing.
Unistim is always upgrading and optimising production process as well as professional competitions of its employees.
Unistim produces:
1) PPU 1600/100, UMP-400, ADPM 12/150, CA-320, combined units on diesel, propane, methane and dual-fuel (diesel + propane) on the chassis of URAL, KAMAZ, MAZ, UAZ, SHACMAN, FAW, as well as on trailers and stationary.
2) Tank cars for various purposes: ATZ, AKN, ACV, ACPT, MV, AKOS, etc. on chassis, trailers and semi-trailers.
3) Industrial steam generators of various capacities on chassis, trailers and stationary.
The equipment manufactured by the Unistim Steam Plant occupies leading positions in the ratings of steam-field special equipment and is regularly supplied to the vehicle fleets of the country's largest enterprises: Gazprom PJSC, Surgutneftegaz PJSC, Transneft PJSC, Lukoil PJSC, KazTransOil JSC, etc.
Unistim specialists constantly work to improve the model range and develop new, even more relevant and productive units.
Unistim is the first and only manufacturer of special equipment in Russia that has developed and patented the technology of a gas burner device (No. 191255 dated 08/31/2019). Unistim gas-powered special equipment on methane (CNG and LNG) and propane (LPG) is regularly supplied to the vehicle fleets of the largest oil producing holdings in Russia. Unistim also has a unique dual-fuel PPU 1600/100 DIESEL + PROPANE: a combined unit equipped with replaceable burner units that allow operation on both diesel and non-propane.
Also on the list of Unistim developments are patents for utility models of a storage system, supply system and layout solution for a mobile steam generator unit (No. 204858 dated 06/16/2021) and a universal mobile air heater (No. 208016 dated 11/29/2021).
The latest development is the MPUA 150/10 — the first mobile steam generator unit from Unistim, placed on a passenger car chassis and powered by methane. In addition to ready-made solutions, Unistim specialists are ready to modify an existing unit or design and create a completely new unit that meets your specific needs.
