The Ready Robot company began its activities in 2016. We have accumulated competencies in the field of automation of final packaging and palletizing processes and organized production in Chelyabinsk, implemented complex projects and created lines of packaging equipment under our own brands.

- Complex automated packaging lines
We design automated packaging lines of any complexity and integrate robots into the production process. We write software, train personnel, carry out installation and commissioning, provide warranty and post-warranty service.

- Robotic palletizers
Robot palletizers are intended to stack boxes, bags, buckets and other loads on a pallet. Models and modifications differ in design, load capacity and performance, and can be mobile or stationary. One robot can service from one to four conveyor lines, stacking pallets alternately or simultaneously.
- Mobile palletizing cells
The Ready Pack mobile palletizing cell is designed for palletizing loads weighing up to 20 kg. It is equipped with a collaborative robot and special software that ensures the optimal trajectory of the collaborative manipulator and increases the palletizer's performance to 8 cycles per minute.
- Corrugator formers
The range of equipment for automatic formation of corrugated boxes consists of various modifications designed for different box sizes. Productivity reaches 25 boxes/min.
- Sealers
A box sealer significantly simplifies and optimizes the process of packing goods into corrugated boxes at large enterprises and warehouses. An automatic box sealer closes and seals the upper flaps of a box with adhesive tape such as Scotch tape.
