CHKZ-Instrument LLC with a suport of Industrial Development Fund made a new production of carbide rods and monolite rotary cutting tools in Chelyabinsk region. As a result of this project Innovative and high-tech full production cycle was created. It starts with tungsten powder mixing and ends with priduction of high precision instrument with application of thr PVD coating and the following service of resharpening. 
Our carbide intruments and rods has such features as: consistent quality, durability, high-efficient geometry. This instruments are made of russian raw materials and produced on a high-tech equipmnent. 
We can provide fast resharpening and repairing for the whole range of products from our list, as well as for similar producs from other companies. High quality production requires complex approach encompassing all steps of production: from quality control of raw materials th the final product.
CHKZ-Instrument LLC produces carbide rods with diameters from 3 to 20 mm, as well as a wide range of axial monolithic tools.

 - carbide rods with a diameter of 3 to 20 mm, solid and with coolant supply channels.
 - end mills with a flat end, spherical, chamfered, with a radius edge. Standard, short and long series with the number of teeth from 2 to 8, in the diameter range from 1 to 20 mm. Milling cutters are used for processing steels, hard materials, aluminum and non-ferrous metals, stainless and heat-resistant steel, performing finishing and roughing operations.​
