Today the Kristall plant is a well-coordinated team where 200 people work and improve high-tech production, a third of whom are engineering personnel who proudly represent their country on the world market.
We do not stop at the achieved level, therefore, we are constantly working to improve the technology of production of synthetic quartz crystals and sections of synthetic quartz crystals.
The company includes:
- quartz production (125 autoclaves from 1 to 7 cubic meters in which natural quartz is recrystallized into synthetic quartz at pressures up to 1200 atmospheres and temperatures up to 400 degrees Celsius)
- workshop for the production of its own seed plates (more than 40 multi-blade strip cutting machines, full availability of seed plates of its own production, 13 imported machines purchased and installed multi-wire cutting machines, which successfully replace strip machines and in the future completely replace strip wire cutting)
-workshop for the production of sections made of synthetic quartz crystals
-repair and maintenance production
-own laboratory for chemical analysis of raw materials and products (equipped testing laboratories for performing analysis of materials and testing of the final product)
-production of own containers: boxes, Euro pallets, cardboard boxes
-large storage facilities for stable stocks of raw materials.

The plant's products are synthetic quartz of optical and piezoelectric quality; sections of different sizes according to customer orders, colored quartz for the jewelry industry. All products are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the international standard of the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC60758.
Also, the ISO-9001 Quality Management System has been implemented and is in operation at the plant. Since 1962, the South Ural plant Crystal has been a leading Russian and global manufacturer of synthetic quartz crystals. And today, South Ural plant Crystal JSC is the largest quartz producer in Russia and in the world. The plant accounts for about 50 percent of the world's production of artificial quartz crystals. Production is carried out on high-tech modern equipment.
For almost three decades, the plant has been steadily supplying more than 95% of its products to Germany, China, South Korea, other European countries and the USA. The company's management has been repeatedly awarded domestic and foreign prizes.
